EDCs have been associated with a diverse array health issues diseases. can alter endocrine system involved in carcinogenesis inducing poly-cystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). The objective this article is to furnish an outline research on environmental aspects their effects human specially cancer PCOS based evidence from animal studies. include natural compounds such phytoestrogens various synthetic chemicals which utilized by chemical, agriculture, cosmetic food industries. Several may work carcinogens causes initiation advancement cancer. Uterine ovarian cancers female exposure EDC. Bisphenol-A (BPA), EDC found plastic bottles, household materials, canned food, waste water, beverage containers thermal paper, increase risk breast Even low levels BPA poses threat prostate men.
